I’ve read many self-love books and this one stood out to me the most. The author breaks down practices to help you reach the person you are seeking to be, even if it’s your old self that you miss.
One quote that stood out to me was, “Taking care of myself doesn’t mean ‘me first.’ It means ‘me, too.”
This book will guide you to getting your mind set working towards your favor. I absolutely love this book, it only brought positivity in my life and I’m so grateful.
